About

For more than 25 years, I have worked with companies on strategy, leadership and organizational development – as founder and managing director of Potenzialfinder.com, as a management consultant and as a university lecturer.

Today I focus on one question: How do leadership teams make better strategic decisions in times of AI, uncertainty and transformation?

With the KI-Strategie-Loop® (AI Strategy Loop), I have developed a framework that combines strategy, leadership, governance and knowledge management into one approach that holds up in practice. As a sparring partner, I work with executives and leadership teams across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The KI-Strategie-Loop® builds on the Leadership Pattern Language and the Leadership Performance Loop, which I developed during my master's studies at Danube University Krems. My doctorate at Johannes Kepler University (JKU) Linz on knowledge management and intellectual capital reporting forms another methodological foundation: AI transformation always involves organizational knowledge, the ability to learn and the ability to decide.
