What is the KI-Strategie-Loop®?

The KI-Strategie-Loop® (AI Strategy Loop) by Dr. Sabine Wölbl is a cyclical framework for developing, prioritizing, implementing and continuously evolving an AI strategy in organizations. It runs through seven phases, from Perception to Performance. Aligned with ISO/IEC 42001, it prepares organizations for AIMS certification.

Which companies is this work right for?

For companies with roughly 20 employees or more whose leadership wants to use AI strategically – from skilled trades businesses to corporate divisions. What matters is not size, but that leadership is willing to take responsibility for the direction.

Do we need an IT department or in-house AI expertise?

No. The method starts with decisions, not technology. Where technical implementation is needed, I bring in your IT team or suitable partners.

How is this different from conventional AI consulting?

I don't sell tools or implementation. The focus is on priorities, leadership and governance – the very issues where most AI projects actually fail.

How does working together begin?

With a free 30-minute initial conversation or the KI CHECK (in German). Afterwards, I recommend the right entry format for your starting situation.

What does working together cost?

The Strategy Sprints have a fixed price of € 2,250 plus VAT for three hours. Executive Sparring and AI strategy advisory are agreed based on scope and duration. Before every step, you know what it costs.

What role do the EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001 play?

Governance is part of the method from the start, not an afterthought. As an ISO/IEC 42001 AIMS auditor, I make sure your AI strategy meets the requirements for roles, risks and documentation and prepares you for certification.

Do you work on site or online?

Both. Workshops preferably take place on site; sparring sessions and reviews also online. I work throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
